A Japanese cat hears a mysterious voice from a koi carp: “You need to find the great supernatural king.” Aware of his own weakness, the cat sets out on a journey in search of answers.

Along the way, he meets five other animals—each burdened with their own limitations—and together, they become unlikely companions. Their journey takes them across vast oceans, dense forests, and towering mountains, testing not only their strength, but also their courage and trust in one another.

When they finally reach the great supernatural king, they are faced with a task that seems impossible to fulfill. As the odds grow greater and their limits are pushed to the edge, the six companions must decide whether they can endure what lies ahead… or risk losing everything they have struggled for.

Will they succeed—and will they ever return?
